Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged products.

To claim a refund for a damaged product, you must:

1. Record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the package.
2. Ensure the damage is clearly visible in the video.

If the claim is approved, you will receive a 50% refund of the order value.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
